Nordic Walking is a sport suitable for everyone , sports and not, which involves all the muscles of the body , re-educating the posture, lightening the load on the joints and distributing the physical effort on all the limbs. The large and complex pushing movement of the arms involving hands, forearms, triceps, deltoids, pectorals and back, involves an effort equivalent to the same physical exercise done in the gym , with the advantage of being outdoors, in a natural and as healthy as the mountain.
